1. Directional signs leading to property, if permitted in the area
D. "For Sale" cards sent to neighbors in the same subdivision or surrounding area
E. Detailed color flyer with description of features & amenities, survey, floor plan, property tax, schools, etc.
F. Sign in with Property Disclosure & Utility Information
G.RE/MAX office tour - (Tuesday after listing your home)
H. Discuss property at sales meeting
II. ADVERTISING THE PROPERTY
A. Times Picayune Program Ad - Column Ad each week and photo display ad in the Times Picayune Home Buyer's Guide
B. News Banner - Photo display ad in Sunday paper (first two weeks of listing)
C. Homes & Land Magazine - color display ad - "New Listing" and then placed on a rotational basis
D. Northshore Homes Magazine - color display ad
E. Harmon Homes - Color ad - "New Listing" and then placed on a rotational basis
F. http://www.trishagarrett.com - My custom website registered with all the major search engines and linked to my listings page in Realtor.com
G. Brochure holder in front of home w/black& white flyers
H. Distribution of flyers to all Brokers/Agents in Western St. Tammany Parish, plus mail distribution to top producers in the Eastern St. Tammany and New Orleans South Shore area.
I. Broker Open House - for all agents/brokers to attend, usually serving refreshments and offering a door prize incentive.
III. FOLLOW-UP MARKETING
A. Calling all agents within 24 - 48 hours of showing for feedback.
B. Checking on home weekly - reading lock box (if applicable), filling brochure holder, replenishing color flyers & sign-in sheets, checking for items of attention (i.e. lawn care, house keeping, etc.) |
